We take a short break on weekends and public holidays.
Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)
Parcels are shipped via PosLaju or DHL, with an estimated delivery time of 3–7 business days.
International Shipping
International orders are available by request.
Please email us with the product name and shipping address, and we’ll check availability and provide a custom payment link if we can ship to your country.
Tracking
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international customers, please note that any customs fees or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once shipped, your parcel is in the care of PosLaju or DHL.
If your package is delayed or goes missing, please reach out to the courier directly with your tracking number.
